Originally trained as a linguist, Tina Kuka decided to pursue a career in science management. As the coordinator of the Collaborative Research Centre ISOQUANT at Heidelberg University, she is mainly responsible for financial and administrative management. Because of her strong personal interest in experimental science communication, she mainly contributed to the planning, conception, and implementation of an independent science communication project within the collaboration (project Ö). Tina Kuka is also member of the committee for diversity, equity and inclusion and as such strongly involved in the development of DEI measures and events for the collaboration.
